Terms of Service

Welcome to relnk.io. By creating an account or using Relnk, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.

These Terms are an agreement between you and relnk.io ("we", "us", or "our"). We've tried to keep them short and readable. If you don't agree to them, please don't use Relnk.

Relnk uses AI models from third parties (currently Anthropic's Claude) to suggest ideas, outlines, drafts, edits, reviews and social posts. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, or similar to content produced for other people. The AI review, including its quality score and the claims it flags, helps you check your work; it isn't a guarantee that a piece is accurate, original or fit to publish.

You decide what to publish and are responsible for it, including checking facts and making sure it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

You own your writing. You keep all rights to what you write in Relnk, and, as between you and us, you own the output the AI generates for you. We don't claim any ownership of it.

Permission to run the service: you allow us to store, process and display your content only as needed to provide Relnk to you, including sending it to our AI provider to generate responses. Your content is not used to train AI models.

Our service: Relnk itself, including its software, design and branding, belongs to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.

When using Relnk, you agree not to:

• Use it for anything illegal, or to harass, defame or harm others.
• Generate content that is hateful, violent, sexually explicit, deceptive spam or that infringes rights.
• Break the usage policies of our AI provider.
• Get around plan limits, share or resell your account, or access Relnk through automated scripts.
• Reverse engineer Relnk, or disrupt its security or performance.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Relnk has a Free plan and paid plans. Each plan includes a monthly number of AI drafts, shown on our pricing page. A draft is one full AI draft generated from an outline; generating it again uses another draft.

All AI use, including features that don't use drafts, is also subject to an internal fair-use limit that keeps Relnk sustainable for everyone. If your usage is unusually heavy, AI features may be slowed down. We may offer you a draft pack in the meantime.

New accounts may get a 7-day trial of the Writer plan with a limited number of premium drafts. No card is needed, and you won't be charged. When the trial ends, your account moves to the Free plan unless you choose a paid plan.

• The Founding member deal is a one-time payment, not a subscription. It's available to a limited number of members until November 30, 2026, or until the seats run out, whichever comes first.
• Founding members get the Writer plan's features and a monthly allowance of premium drafts, as shown at purchase, for as long as we operate Relnk. Extra drafts can be bought as draft packs.
• The deal is personal to you and can't be transferred.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy. A refund frees the seat and your account moves to the Free plan.

Draft packs are one-time purchases. Their drafts expire after the period shown at purchase.

Price changes: we'll tell you before a price change affects your subscription. It takes effect from your next billing period.

Refunds: refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. We don't give partial refunds or credits for unused time or drafts.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, relnk.io is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

You can stop using Relnk and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

If we make material changes, we'll tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Relnk after that means you accept the new Terms.
