Frequently asked questions

Can I change plans later?
Yes. Switch plans any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades start right away and you pay the prorated difference; moving to a smaller plan starts at your next billing date, and you keep your current plan until then. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. There are no partial refunds for the rest of a period.
What happens if I use up my drafts?
We let you know when you reach 80% of your monthly drafts. At 100%, new drafts pause until your next billing period. You can also upgrade or add a pack of 10 more drafts for $15 (they last 90 days).
What is the Founding member deal?
Founding members pay a one-time $299 and keep their plan for life. It is limited to 100 members and closes on Nov 30, 2026. See what founders get.
Do you offer refunds?
A first subscription payment can be refunded within 14 days if you've used fewer than 25% of that period's drafts, and the Founding member payment within 30 days if you've used 10 drafts or fewer. See our Refund Policy for the full terms.
